M Target in SC didn't have them priced at 3.99, they were 5.19 when I checked them on the price checker. Boo! Oh well, I did get my 99 cent Klenex hand towels.
That sucks. I was there today but didnt even check bc I knew that we would never use it and I didnt feel like stocking up for the next garage sale.. not just yet.
