A state funded project is being abused by bloggers
I dont think I need to link it to you. Maybe people have posted in the past 2 days about a Florida kid's program where you get a lot of free stuff from Florida's Department of Agriculture... I do NOT recommend you signing up for it for friends and relatives, that is abuse of the program.
