We all coupon for different reasons. I just want to know a little about you!
Why do YOU coupon?

*I was laid off from work and we were in the midst of planning to have a baby. Not knowing if I was going back to work after a baby or not, I decided I had to do something dramatic. Daycare would have eaten up 2/3rds of what I made. Instead we now pay 1/3rd of what we used to .. on EVERYTHING.

*I once walked out of Publix after HAVING to purchse a gift card for $20. I paid a total of $3. You can read about that trip on the right hand side of my blog under "best trips" - Currently Publix will had you back cash if you have OVERAGE, they will no longer issue gift cards.

I spend less than $50 a week on my MAIN grocery trip. I would like to spend a MAX of $50 on all of my grocery trips each week.
I learned about couponing from you and figured I might as well give it a try. I never like to pay more than I have to for anything so if others are getting their groceries for pennies on the dollar, I want to, too! :)
I typically save about 50% on my groceries and I'm really happy with that. I love to brag when I get something I really wanted or always use for FREE. I know many of you probably get lots of free things, but I try to eat lots of organics and "healthy" foods, and it's harder to get those items free or nearly free.
I don't really have a specific goal. I just like to save as much as I can on everything - groceries, eating out, travel...
In fact I'm in Jacksonville at a B&B right now and a lady at breakfast told me she found this place on livingsocial. I'm kicking myself that I didn't get the same deal!!
