The customer is always right... maybe not, but the couponing customer generally is. Especially if they are one of those that carries the stores coupon policy with them and have 2 coupons per item with them every time they enter the store (a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon.) We tend to know the rules, but we lose confidence too easily. Empower yourself.
