The most important clock to set back is the one in your bedroom. Noted. I thought it was kinda dark at 7am. I heard the baby playing so I went in to get her and I got her changed and ready for the day. Got to the coffee pot, turned it on... realized it was 6am. SHOCKINGLY, the 3 year old's internal clock set it's self immediately and slept right until 7am (the new time) both of these mornings of the new time change.
