Hugo is a starfish who's stories teach young children to help build character education and encourage them to learn and understand their feelings. 

In this book, Hugo finds a chocolate wrapper with a huge chocolate mountain on it. His friend,  Manta, encourages him to follow his dream and tells him how he can reach this enormous mountain, the Matterhorn. Through dedication and commitment Hugo makes it to Switzerland. When he thinks he is almost there, he realizes mountains are standing between him and the Matterhorn, but then he remembers to "Never Give Up." Hugo never gives up and one step at a time, makes it to his destination!
