Homemade - Rock Candy

I never really liked this as a kid, but it sure looks like fun to make!

To make Rock Candy you need:

• sugar
• water
• glass jars, small jelly jars worked the best for us
• food coloring
• skewer  or lollipop sticks
• flavoring (optional)
• clothespins or something similar to hold the stick in place
