Homemade - Valentine's Heart

Isn't this awesome! And it is easy enough that at the end of the "Valentine's Season" you can toss it and do it again next year! I know my kidlet will love doing this with me!

What you need -
- Heart shaped balloon
- Liquid starch or some sort of “Stiffy” Fabric stiffener
- Red string
