One of the stars featured on “Little Italy Favorites” menus nationwide is our decadent Lobster Ravioli. In 2005, Anthony Psyk, our Las Vegas Executive Chef, knew his guests loved lobster, and was inspired to create the Lobster Ravioli. Using sweet Maine Lobster, Anthony put Maggiano’s on the map as the first large-scale restaurant to offer Lobster Ravioli. Another Maggiano’s culinary genius, Jeff Mann, made the recipe even more indulgent by adding lobster pieces, a lobster cream sauce and finished it off with Tarragon and fresh herb bread crumbs.
