A nifty, inconspicuous program launcher
There are a number of files and program you use every day. You probably have shortcuts to them right on your desktop. But is that really the best place for them?Your computer's desktop is a little like a real desktop. It's tough to get things done when it's cluttered and messy. But clearing out your shortcuts is a pain too. Then you have to dig around for what you need.
If you're frustrated, give Radian a try. It's a handy radial launcher. You organize shortcuts to programs and folders in a circular menu. Think of it like a pie cut into four sections. Use the sections to split up shortcuts into tasks, projects, categories or whatever.
But I haven't even covered the best part. Radian disappears. There's no interface clogging up your screen. It only shows up when you need it. Just hold down the right mouse button. Then slide over the shortcut you want and release. The shortcut will open. And Radian will go back into hiding.
