Go HERE to print a $4/1 any Knox product. The Knox gelatine is around $1.50 (or less) at Publix so you will get a bunch of overage (if your store allows)

I been looking for it at Publix and i can find it :(
I just had problems too, but I just switched computers. Make sure to put in an area code (try 32807) and mark that you want the 50 miles radius. Let it re-load.
Look for the NutraMix - it is orange and purple with 2 hands massaging themselves. I found it on page 2 or 3. Coupon says for ANY Knox item! Print it twice before it is gone!

Crystal, look in the baking area if you can't find it there or near the yeast ask at customer service. You can normally find the small 3-packs. I am checking tomorrow when I go for the new sales. Lemme know if you find it!
I have bought it recently at Walmart.
But did Walmart have to adjust it down? Publix doesn't tend to adjust-down unless you are going to have overage.
I did the deal 4 times! I <3 Publix!
