Get a $5 Target Gift Card wyb 2 Gillette Fusion RazorsUse 2 $4 coupons from the 2/7 P&G

Math: $6.99 x 2 = $13.98 -$8 (2 x $4) = $5.98 and get a $5 GC

That makes it 98 cents for 2 or 49 cents each (plus tax)

Walgreens - Cheap Loreal and Bic Soleil

Rita emailed Amy saying she found Bic Soleil 4-count razor refill packages on clearance at her Walgreens for $2 and here is a $2 off coupon

She also found Loreal EverPure UV Protect spray on clearance for $2.25 and there was a $2 coupon in the 1/3 RP. There is also a $2 printable coupon on Coupons.com for EverPure shampoo/conditioner/treatment in case you find other products on clearance.
