I drive a Subaru Tribeca and from the moment we bought the car we wondered what this circular disk thingy on the dashboard was... I think we figured it out!It is supposed to hold a Universal Cell Phone Car Mount.
K2R Technology - Universal Cell Phone Car Mount - $19.99 (reg $29.99)
Now I am not sure how I have lived without this mount for so long! We've been in Pittsburgh for two and a half years and I use my phone's GPS to get to the museum. Normally my phone was sitting in my lap, totally not a safe place for it.Now I can plug in the address and stick it in the mount, squeeze the sides to close in on my phone (it's adjustable so it works with any) and I can adjust the angle or even remount it as many times as I need.
