Target - Coupon Policy changes

Target has updated their coupon policy.

• A manufacturer coupon that mentions another retailer or has their logo (i.e. redeemable at Walmart) will be accepted at Target.
• Difference between “per purchase” and “per transaction.” If the coupon says “per purchase” then that applies one coupon to each item. However, if the coupon states “per transaction” then only one coupon may be redeemed during your entire transaction in the store. 
• MojoSavings says that means you may not do multiple transactions to redeem multiple coupons that state “one per transaction.”
