Kids - Sam's Club - FREE Health Screening

On Saturday, 8/9 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Sam’s Club is hosting a free children’s health screening. This screening is free and available to the public at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy.

Screening includes (Valued at $150):

• A take-home DNA kit that provides instructions on storing a saliva sample to help find children in the event they are ever lost to which only a parent/guardian has access
• A child safety ID kit with a fingerprint form and instructions on storing personal information
• Blood pressure testing BMI (body mass index) testing
• Vision screenings (select locations)
