My MIL has severe back pain. Her back is laced in metal. Not fun. And it hurts. So when I saw this book for review I jumped! Any "secrets" we can get ... awesome!
I found chapter 6 particularly helpful. It is all about natural and alternative therapies. Using his father's apothecaries he breaks down how drugs make it to market. >mindblow< The chapter 7 has some yummy recipes which include Turmeric. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Indian Cuisine!
Chapter 8 has recipes with Rosemary... nom nom nom! In fact, the entire rest of the book talks about herbs that I already diffuse for a healthier life!
