Publix - $5 money maker on Visa cards (Starts Thursday!)
In the ad that starts on Thursday there will be a coupon to take $10
off a $50 prepaid VISA card (w/ $4.95 activation fee). You must purchase
$25 on groceries to use the coupon but this becomes a $5.05 money maker
after activation!
