I commute by train everyday. When people wearing this cigarette smell sits beside i feel like throwing out. I never understand how they can smoke and wear such bad smell on their cloths.
I used Commit Lozenges and chewed TONS of cinnamon gum!! I was part of a stop-smoking campaign through 1800stopnow or something. It worked! I had someone checking in with me (via phone) on a weekly basis and then monthly then bi-yearly and last time I heard from him was about 2 years ago.

Good for you. You were able to come out of that bad habit.
