Homemade - Pumpkin Monkey Bread

So do you have tons and tons of Pumpkin left over because (surprise!) a Pumpkin Pie doesn't require 14 cups of fresh pumpkin? (Dar!)

I have been searching out recipes lately... and I was gonna do muffins, but I dont really feel like eating a muffin and if I am going to make something I want to WANT to eat it.

Well in our family, we heart monkeys... so Pumpkin Monkey Bread just seemed logical.
Whatcha need - 
For the dough:
  • 3 1/4 cups flour, plus extra for kneading
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
For the coating:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
For the glaze:
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1-2 tsp milk
