My friend Tiffany at MyLitter compared both Target's and Walmart's coupon policies... you still wont catch me running to Walmart, but that is bc the Walmarts in my area are terrible. I have several friends who LOVE them though and that is great if it works for you. They refuse my coupons every.single.time.
