Homemade - Mess-less Finger paints (Yippee!!!!)

BIG SMILES!!! This is going to be so much fun!
Make sure you have:
  • Paper
  • Ziploc Bag
  • Colored Paints (Or substitutes)
  • Masking Tape
Then go to Mama Smiles for directions!!
