I amso excited about this because museums tend to be sooo expensive these days!!!
The Smithsonian Magazine is sponsoring a Free Museum Day on Saturday, September 24th 2011. Go HERE and sign up to receive two free tickets by email, but first you should use the Find Museums tab to view a list of participating locations near you - you will be asked what museum you want to visit.
I'm excited!!! Looks like we are going to the Orange County Regional History Center
