**CORRECTION** Queen - giveaway

This occasionally happens and I am very sorry if this post was mis-information! The original text came straight from the website, but I just received an email stating that it was wrongly interpreted. I never stated that there was a coupon involved, but I want to make sure you have the correct info. Here is the letter I received:

Hello, my name is Bethany Macht, and I work for space150 - Dairy Queen's digital agency of record. I'm writing you on behalf of Dairy Queen.

Your site recently posted a link http://beadandelion.blogspot.com/2011/03/dairy-queen-giveaway.html  promoting a Dairy Queen promotion, that was widely mis-understood as a coupon, or a free Blizzard Treat giveaway (which it is not). We are so sorry for the confusion, and we would appreciate it if you would remove this post, to avoid any confusion.

Dairy Queen does have a contest which will start on March 15th, and we will also have mini-contests happening throughout the next 6 weeks. If you would like to receive advanced notice of these promotions we would be happy to provide that for you.
