Coupons.com has released a high value $4/1 Sudafed PE Triple Action 36 ct. coupon. Search under "healthcare" on the top left to find it quickly. Use zip 90210 or no zip code.
I am pretty sure I saw these on sale this week at CVS. Plus Walgreens has a $3 in-ad coupon that would bring your savings to a total of $7.
