I did not understand how to get the gillette razors for free.

Womens - 8.29 (no ECB's, limit 1)
If the coupon deduct the least value item then women's razor is free but still we have to pay 4.99. If the coupon deduct 9.99 then the cost is $3.29
If the coupon deduct $12.99 then the cost is $.29 cents
Can you please clarify?
