Reader Trips - I did some damage at Walgreens today

If you were at either of my Coupon 101 classes yesterday, you know I have a slight obsession with Schick Intuition razors. If they ever quit making them and I run out, I will never shave my legs again.

I was so excited to see that Walgreens had them on sale again!

I did 19 transactions.
7 - Schick Intuition razors - $8.99
12 - Revlon Top Speed Nail colors - $3.99
26 - Christmas pencils (filler item) - $.39

Walgreens requires you to have an item for every coupon. If you are also using a Register Reward, you need 2 items, or a "filler" Since I started with 7 $3RRs, I was going to be stacking more than 1 RR in many transactions and I needed a LOT of fillers.

I am not going to list each transaction, that would take me all day.

I took turns buying Revlon and then Schick, and back and forth each transaction.
Total Out Of Pocket - $28.16
Total Saved - $138.00
Plus I still have $3RR to use next time.
For $28, I couldnt have bought 3 Intuitions on a regular day! I consider this a great trip!

    Then I used the RR from the nail polish along with a coupon for the razors + a filler item (the pencil)

    Then I used the RR from the razor to buy more nail polish... plus a filler... then used the RR from the nail polish to buy the razor + a filler... etc.

    Youll get it.

    You can not use the RR from the nail polish on more NAIL POLISH... the RR wont print up.

    You CAN use it on the razors.

    You CAN NOT use the RR from the razors on more razors... the RR wont print out.

    You CAN use it on the Nail polish.

    I can do coupon 102 classes where we focus JUST on Walgreens or CVS. It's not too confusing, but I agree, it is a LOT of information to try to jump into.

    If you can get 5 others of your friends together we can do a class for $10 a person. Need 6 people at minimum :)
