Bi-Lo buys Winn Dixie

The big news today in the Southeast grocery world today is that Bi-Lo has bought out Winn-Dixie.   According to the Bi-Lo Press Release the two companies are merging, but Winn-Dixie will become a privately owned subsidiary of Bi-Lo.
