I went to the store. The regular price is $29.99 and the sale price is $24.99
Not sure whether it is for $14.99 in your Kohls store. Couldn't buy it.
Scanned the item at customer service which rang up at $24.99. They said may be its $14.99 after the rebate.
I found it on Kohls.com as an online doorbuster type sale. I forget the wording but (LOL) I too went to the store and they were out, but found it online, but confirmed it was out of stock. I REALLY wanted one, so I went to Bed Bath and Beyond and found a similiar one for $20, no rebate :(
The online deal WAS $14.99.
