HERE. Thank goodness I wasn't the only one unable to print it!!! I got it (via snail mail) only 4 days after trying to print it! THAT is some great customer service!
Did you get yours? You had to have filled out some of your information on a form and then you were promoted to print... when that didnt work, they promised to mail them out. Apparently they did, that afternoon!
I LOVE PUBLIX!
