Honestly being a Florida girl I always thought it a little cheesey to visit alligators at an amusement park. I get a kick out of people oohhhing and aahhing over 3 foot baby gators at parks. Had they been to my grandfather's orange grove, those were the size gators you chase off... not ones you take pictures of. The 16 foot ones were ones worthy of a gasp and a quick picture before calling out the trappers! But we went to Gatorland last year when Atlas was 5 months old and had a blast!!!! It was so much fun and it wasn't overwhelming like a lot of the theme parks around here are. It wasn't crowded to the brim or so big we couldn't see the whole thing. We spent a leisurely 4 hours out there and went home satisfied and having done EVERYTHING without rushing around! I HIGHLY recommend it!
AND NOW... they have a zipline!!! I sooooo want to go back! (hint hint hubby!)
