Black Friday - Best Buy

Best Buy has joined the long list of retailers who will open their doors at midnight this Black Friday. The choice to do so was apparently done in a reluctant manner as CEO Brian Dunn stated that Best Buy had planned to "open at [a] much more civilized hour, like 3 or 4 (a.m.)," but altered their strategy after Target and Kohl's midnight-opening announcements.

For those keeping track, Target, Macy's, Kohl's and now Best Buy will be open at midnight this year while JCPenney and Sears have held their ground and will both be opening at 4am. Walmart opened at midnight last year, but has made no announcement of this year's plans.
