Go HERE to print. From what I can tell it doesn't say that you must include receipts. You just have to include 10 qualifying UPCs... I would ask neighbors and family members for UPCs if you don't have them, as I don't.
However you CAN get $5-$10 worth of coupons when you sign in HERE!
