Homemade - Easy soup storage

I would make soup more often if we didnt have to eat the whole bucket at it right away. It takes forever to freeze and I don't really know how to cook for 2.5 people.

MomsByHeart and The Mommy In Charge has this great idea!!! Freeze "pucks" of soup in cupcake tins!

 
When it’s time to serve, just reheat 2-3 “pucks” per person!
