Homemade Oreos

You can find the full recipe at Tiffany's blog MyLitter... but who really cares about the entire Oreo? It's all about the cream filling!

Vanilla Cream Filling Recipe:
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) room-temperature, unsalted butter
1/4 – cup vegetable shortening
2 – 3 – cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
2 – teaspoons vanilla extract

On second thought I may never again eat another Oreo... whoa.
