I used this deal last time they offered it. Great deal, but man... they have the WORST customer service.... and it's just one guy. I scoured the internet, hoping to get him in trouble... but it looks like the only person he answers to is himself... & many many other people have had awful experiences with him. I hate when internet -based businesses & large corporations & even smalls stores that offer great prices feel that service is secondary, or not even necessary.
I dont know how it could be a single person working this as it is a VERY VERY popular deal. If it is just ONE person, kudos to him and I can understand why he wouldnt be quick to get back to you.

Last time I took advantage of the deal I clicked "tell a friend" & sent it to my mom. The email it sent my mom was "First Name Last Name sent you a gift certificate!" My husband's first & last name showed-up on that email b/c I had ordered it in his name, & my mom thanked my husband for the kind gift. It was so embarrassing to explain to my mom that we didn't buy her anything.
