They are manufacturers coupons. Take them to Target or Walmart and buy 2 Johnson and Johnson's first aid kits for .97 or .99 cents each and use this coupon for overage. The first aid kits are considered red cross items.

Super cheap Weleda at Publix on Alafaya and 50
$6 per box - there were coupons floating around from various mailers for weleda to make this even cheaper. It is already half price.
