Kim Komando - Daily Download

Cool, Useful, Fun Freebie

arrow Make the Web easier to read

The Web puts any information you want at your fingertips. But it doesn't do much good if you can't read it. Some sites have tiny text. Others have color schemes that clash painfully. Or maybe your eyes are just tired.
No one wants to surf the Web while squinting. Straining to read every line just isn't fun. Your computer has a few built-in tools that can help. But running them on every page is a pain.
NoSquint is a better way. This Firefox add-on will work across every site you visit. It can automatically zoom in on sites. Making them slightly bigger is sometimes all you need. It can be enough to make text readable.
It also lets you adjust text and background colors. And you can turn off background images. This helps you isolate text the way you want to. This can break some sites. But you can add exceptions for sites that already work for you.
