Consumer Complaint - CORRECTED in less than 24 hours!

OK I don't like to complain. I buy things to try (often for free) with little to no expectations.

Well with being pregnant and needing extra protein I have taken to eating nuts-lots.of.nuts. Recently I got a jar of PLANTERS Honey Roasted Peanuts... began eating them and realized I must have had the absolute last of the batch. The bottom half was completely sugar. Which wouldn't be a problem... except, oh yeah, I got them for the protein. I buy chocolate (and lots of it) for the sugar content.

Well I contacted customer service Sunday morning. I told them I loved their products and enjoyed trying the different varieties, however this last time I was sadly disappointed when my favorite flavor was pretty much just a jar of sugar.

It is Monday and they have already emailed me back! And they are going to send me a coupon to replace my jar! I couldn't be happier! I don't care to complain, I really would rather compliment them.

Here is the kind note I got back:
Hi Heather,

Thank you for visiting http://www.planters.com/ and letting me know about your experience with

I appreciate the time you took to contact us. We're always pleased to hear from our consumers when they're enjoying our products. However, I was disappointed to hear of the experience you had with PLANTERS Honey Roasted Dry Roasted Peanuts. Because we fell short of that goal, I'm sending you a reimbursement coupon to replace this product, via first class mail which you should receive within 7-10 business days.
