I thought it was a CRAZY idea when I heard that people did not CLIP their coupons! What couponer doesn't clip? How is that using coupons? So when I saw this next article I thought it was another tip to storing coupon inserts and searching for actual coupon. Nope. This article is AWESOME... for those of you who do clip, when do you clip?
