Twice a year, Target does a major reset in their toys department. Most Targets are reported as having 75% off their toy clearance section! There are some awesome deals to be had!

Target also has big markdowns in the baby department. My Target is at 50% off, but many are reporting 75% off. This includes everything from blankets to clothing to baby gear.
