So, there are some places that let you use lots of the same manufacturer's coupon until the item is free?

No. You can use 1 manufacturer coupon per item. At Walgreens you must have 1 item per coupon, even if you are using a Walgreen's coupon. So if you want to use a Walgreens coupon for the glucose meter and a manufacturer coupon so that it is free, you will need 2 items total... chocolate or a pencil will work.

It is not like that at CVS. At CVS you do not need what we call a "filler item" as their coupons aren't really considered a "coupon" more of an in-store special sale.
