Walgreens - Happy Cash

This week starts Walgreen's “Happy Cash,” similar to their Jingle Bucks.  You get $5 in Happy Cash when you spend $30 or you get $10 in Happy Cash when you spend $50+ (excluding gift cards, prescriptions, tobacco, alcohol, stamps, dairy, etc.)

The Happy Cash that you earn this week (3/16-3/22) can be redeemed in store next week (3/23-3/29) on a qualifying purchase of $30 or more.

I dont know if that sounds like a good deal though. I wonder if that is BEFORE or AFTER coupons?
