[Reminder] Free haircuts at JPC for Breast Cancer survivors!

Through the month of October, all Breast Cancer survivors can get a free hair cut and style at JC Penney.  Plus for the first 50,000 haircuts, they will donate a $1 to Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
