Pinkwasher: (pink’-wah-sher) noun. A company or organization that claims to care about breast cancer by promoting a pink ribbon product, but at the same time produces, manufactures and/or sells products that are linked to the disease.
Breast Cancer is serious. I am not making light of it... but do you ever wonder about all these PINK things you are encouraged to buy? Who is profiting from it and why? Even scarier... Are the products, they are selling you, even safe?!?!Here is a great website reminding you to Think Before You Pink.
