Note - Coupon Fraud

It has been brought to my attention as of recently that some people think you can copy store coupons. DO NOT DO THIS.

If there are numbers at all on the coupon then it has a tracking device and can be tracked back to YOUR IP address! Do you know how dangerous that is?!

What are the penalties for coupon fraud?
Penalties for those convicted of coupon fraud related crimes vary by each
case and the number of laws violated.
As of this date,
Longest prison sentence: 17 years
Highest financial penalty: $5 million
Prison sentences of three to five years are not uncommon. Financial
penalties generally vary, but have often been in excess of $200,000.

Not worth the $.75 you are trying to save.

ALSO - If you are giving away a coupon you printed from the computer, how about taking a red marker and writing on it "THIS INK IS RED" and ONLY give it to someone you can trust (even with the writing)!!

HERE is an example of an extreme case! But you can google more of them in the past few years. Not fun!
