If you have purchase Eclipse gum with the words “Natural Germ Killing” on it you may be entitled to up to a $10 check! Evidently the gum really isn’t Natural Germ Killing so they are in the middle of a class action lawsuit.
Those that purchased the gum between June 1, 2008 and now are eligible. You can get a $5 check by submitting a claim only or you can get $10 by submitting the claim form and proof of purchase (who would hold onto that!? There is a TV show for hoarders, ya know (-: )
