These days, everyone has a hectic schedule. Finding time to meet up can be difficult. And the more people involved, the harder it becomes. You have to find a time in which everyone is free.

You could be scheduling an important business meeting. Or maybe you want to meet friends for a pick-up softball game. That often requires a game of phone tag. But there has to be a better way.

And there is. ScheduleOnce is an add-on for Firefox and Internet Explorer. It helps you schedule meet ups. And it can connect directly to your Google Calendar. There is also a Web interface for those who don't use Google Calendar.

You select a period of time in which you’d accept a meeting. Then send out a ScheduleOne invite. Others select their own availability. The program automatically finds common times without scheduled tasks. Just select an opening to invite everyone to meet up.
