Travel size bar soap is 97 cents at Target and there was a $1 off coupon in the 5/2 P&G that does not have a size restriction
Targets policy is to adjust coupons down, but carry the online coupon policy with you or they will NOT honor it. You can find it on my side bar to the left under COUPON POLICIES
