Starting Sunday, April 18th, you will be able to get a Free Bag Tag after ECB. You buy the tag for .99 cents, you get back an ECB for $1.
Dont know what they are? You get a $1.00 ECB for every fourth shop, but before you had to buy the tag for $1... And you know me, I'm too cheap for that.
