I wonder if it was because I waited so long between them. Whenever I get something in the mail, from a sample, I go back and try to order another. Sometimes it works. Perhaps it had it in the system for your 1st sample... and by the time I got to ordering again it had purged my address by then. I don't know. sorry!
I got mine in the mail last week. (Now signing up the hubby!)
